- added tabs to neighbours. now there are rings and cool websites linked. fixed css marquee weird problem by... using the marquee tag.
- styled mobile breakpoints. added drag and close buttons to "friends". added button. Note: map is still being worked on, reload if clicked
- Fixed some responsiveness. It wont look good on any mobile devices but at least the major stuff are visible...
